WS Market Research is looking for 4 Human Resource interns to join their team of passionate workforce. They shall recruits participants for our large market research projects.
Responsibilities
- In-charge of drafting all recruitment plans to recruits project participants based on project goals
- In-charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company.
- Handles all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews
- Conducts interviews alongside the managing director
- Contacts all successful candidates for employment
- Handles the on-boarding process, induction and orientation for new employees
- In-charge of providing all new employees with all items they require to perform their duties
- Analyses employee performance
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Qualification and eligibility:
- Minimum HND or BTS in Human Resource management.
- Bilingual
- Lives in Yaounde
- Computer proficiency skills
- Public speaking skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
