Transsion Holdings is a company formerly known as Tecno Telecom Limited. It is a mobile company handling different brands, mainly: Tecno, Infinix and Itel. Carlcare is the after sales service of Transsion Holdings' different brands.
We are recruiting to fill the position below;
Job title : Community manager phone collector
Location : Douala, Akwa
Key responsibilities:
- Advertising the company on social media,
- Follow up of customer's complaints both on social media networks and within the company,
- Serve as an Interface between Carlcare and dealers,
- Receiving faulty phones from customers for maintenance,
- Responsible for the pre-diagnosis of faulty phones and translating them in technical terms.
Education Requirements:
- HND/BTS or other equivalent in a related field field of study with minimum one year of experience.
- Ability to understand customer service.
- Understand the mobile phone industry.
Qualifications:
- Acquainted with English and French Language.
- Social media experience.
- Computing experience.
