OPPORTUNITY : BUSINESS DATA ANALYST

As a Business Data Analyst, you will possess the ability to lead projects, perform estimation of effort for the client, develop statements of work (SOW’s) along with additional leadership responsibilities. You will have the comfort and ability to interact with C-Level client staff while articulating the benefits of a data-driven approach to decision making. The position entails the development of data analytics solutions using PBI accessing such data sources as Dataverse, Azure SQL, ADLS Gen2, and on-prem SQL platforms while creating informative and interactive data visualizations and models with PBI. You will have experience in creating tabular/semantic layer models. The incumbent will need to possess the ability to develop reports, dashboards, and analytical workbooks.

What you'll bring (We accept candidates without these experiences but are willing to learn and gain experience with us:
- Experience involving Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics tools.
- Experience leveraging SQL Server and Microsoft BI stack.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Accounting or other relevant expertise
- Strong skill with RDBMS & SQL - SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 along with T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Azure SQL, and other database sources.
- Passion for data and conveying analytical information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written ( English)
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information.
- Previous ERP and CRM data experience.
You might also bring (not required):
- Exposure to Azure Synapse.
- Experience with PowerApps and Microsoft Automate.
- Experience with D365, AX/F&O, CRM or other Microsoft based ERPs.
- Consultative project work experience.
- Experience in developing solutions in Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with Tableau or QlikView.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data and related analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cortana Analytics Suite.
- Accounting experience.
- Ability to design dimension models for data warehouses SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Ability to create SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packagesmates and data Automates.
- Technical certification in SQL/DW/BI.
