We are looking for a  HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT .

Key Accountabilities:

  • In Charge of the recruitment of New staff;
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas;
  • Introduce company profile /policy/rules to new staff;
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff;
  • Record staff attendance;
  • Follow up and record staff Performance;
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests;
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity;
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews;
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Execute all the tasks asked by the Management of 3C HUB.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HND/BACHELOR in Human Resource Management /Law/Administration;
  • 1 year Experience in a relevant Position as a Human resource Assistant ;
  • Familiar with Office Suits especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

  • Ability to solve new problem;
  • Good communication skills;
  • A dynamic person;
  • Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
